by commissioning me, you fully agree to these things below!

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, Hazel (the artist), hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
• Promote myself with in any place or site, including portfolios, social medias, commission sheets, etc.
• To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever and whenever I want (with a watermark and indication that it is in fact a commission belonging to you and others shall not use it.)THE COMMISSIONER ARE ALLOWED TO:
• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless discussed and agreed otherwise. (Base price for commercial use can be up to 200% to 300% of the original price),
• Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
• Taking credit and claiming it is YOUR work.
• Making money off the artwork (unless you've paid the money for commercial use)
• Removing any watermarks (unless with my permission, however credit and TAG me.
• Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
This includes commissioning others to fix it.A PURCHASE OF COMMERCIAL RIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK WILL ALWAYS BE 200- 300% OF ORIGINAL PRICE.
• With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
• Use it in books, covers, as Props, etc.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.

PAYPAL POLICY
You, as the commissioner, shall pay the Paypal transfer fee (either through friends + family pay method or adding the additional fee into your transfer) as my price are fixed.
• No refund/cancellation after sketch
• Payment should be sent either upfront or after sketch is sent. Payment can either be 50/50 or 70/30 (after sketch or straight up -> after sketch or before sending final drawing) or straight up in the beginning.Rush fees
• Often my schedule allow me to work at a rate of up to 2-3 drawings a day. This means the turnaround time is 12 hours up to 4 days per character you ordered.
• However, my schedule is flexible, I also have illnesses so it is rather unstable. This turnaround time cannot be as stable as it should be.
• Because of so, for a rushed commission during a rush, busy week/timeframe, you'll be charge 10% of your initial commission/fee (up to $50)Backgrounds
• I provide a grid background with a color of your choice.
• More complicated backgrounds WILL cause extra. Please discuss this with me before I start drawing.REGARDING TO REVISIONS
• 3 revisions when I send sketch version over. After that, it WILL cause more (unless it is the artist's fault for not including, this will be free of charge and not count).
• Revisions afetr coloring (beside background color, this allows 2 revisions as I am not the best at choosing backgrounds) WILL cost more.
• I have every right to not do a revision if it takes too long, way too hard or I just don't have time.WHAT SHOULD BE SENT DURING COMMISSIONING/BEFORE SKETCHING STAGE TO REDUCE ADDITIONAL FEES
• Character (unless it's a character design commission, then you'll need to provide photos for references in order for me to make correct decisions while drawing)
• Pose (optional)
• Color palette (optional)
• Any other small details.
